Step by step RedBottle is growing, this time with the creation of the first Investigation and Enoturism center in Ribera del Duero.
Our goal is to expand our investigation activity into the world of wine building our own I+D+i center, to develop all these projects arise, with the wineries we work with, and with the final aim to make best quality wines.
The center is also focused on Enoturism, because in RedBottle we think the consumer´s opinion is essential in all our experiments. We want to involve consumers in the enology culture, listening to their opinion while the wine is being making, instead of listen them when the wine is finished, when there is no turning back.
Our final objective is to give professional training both consumers and wineries, joining I+D+i with Enoturism.
We are in Peñafiel, under its wonderful castle and wine museum.
