SILICIE is the new system implemented by the Tax Agency for the accounting of products subject to Special Taxes that will be launched from January 1, 2020 through the Tax Agency’s electronic Headquarters. In this way, taxes will be accounted for through the electronic supply of accounting entries, thus reducing informative declarations, since these declarations will not be required when special tax accounting is carried out in AEAT’s electronic headquarters.
The accounting must reflect the processes, movements and stocks of the products subject to the Special Taxes and, where appropriate, of the raw materials necessary to obtain them, including the differences that are evident on the occasion of storage, manufacturing or circulation.
