The winemaker Silvano García Abellán will be the person who will preside from now on the Regulatory Council of the Protected Designation of Origin Jumilla. The new Plenary of the Council elected the manager and winemaker of Bodegas Silvano García to take the witness of Pedro Lencina, former president, after announcing the latter’s withdrawal in April. García is grateful for “the confidence that the Plenary of the Regulatory Council has placed in me when giving me the continuity of the work done by my predecessors in the position to continue making the name of the Jumilla DOP in the world over the next years”.
The illusion and great responsibility come together in the already president with a clear goal: to promote the Jumilla brand.
