For wines hosted by a Spanish PDO and PGI that have obtained the best score in the Bacchus 2020 International Contest
The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has already published in the Official State Gazette, the extract of the order by which the ‘Food of Spain for the Best Wine, 2020’ prize is called, whose main objective is to contribute to the promotion of Spanish quality wines.
Wines eligible for one of the Spanish Protected Designations of Origin (PDO) and Protected Geographical Indications (PGI) recognized by the European Union may qualify for this award, our developed companies have their headquarters within the national territory and have obtained better scores in the Bacchus 2020 International Wine Contest, organized by the Spanish Tasters Union.
The maximum deadline for submitting applications ends the first week of April 2020.
